Cleave was a six day experimental collaboration piece created by Cash Aspeek, Karen Byrne and Anno Mitchell running at the APT Gallery between 6th and 11th August 2019 as one of APT’s August Collectives commissions.

Cleave took discarded material, discontinued from commercial laundries servicing hospitals and the hospitality industry to explore the open ended possibilities that fabric brings to fold, tear, stack, pile and stretch.
